A needed conversation | Changkyun&Jackson
Something that Changkyun wasn’t expecting was that when joining the institution, he would be given a classification. Right now it didn’t really mean much to him, since they hadn’t explained it fully. Or if they did, he wasn’t listening. He might have to check with one of the instructors. Though it didn’t really matter in the end, he would catch up eventually.
Support. That was his classification. Just going on the word itself, it pretty much summed him and his powers up to a tee. Being able to create illusions almost screams support when he thought about it. He wasn’t the most combat savvy individual around and he was okay to admit that. From close inspections around the institute, other people seemed to have that role, which he was grateful for.
What he didn’t enjoy was learning about some of the classes that he would need to take. Although he wasn’t the most combat savvy, a class entitled just that. Obviously he would need to buff up more or get to know at least some hand to hand combat if he was going to become a hero, a word which still sounded foreign against his ears. It was all a learning experience though.
Now he found himself in a room, around five minutes away from the end of a class. One in which he couldn’t be more than happy to finish. Physically fit was something he was not, in both a physical sense and also a mental one. The thought of the end nearing got him through it, wanting to just crawl into a ball and rest for a long time.
When the class ended his plans changed. The people around him were just like him. They must of been a support classification, whatever that meant. Maybe asking someone would provide insight into what he needed to know. Getting to know other people was an added bonus, considering he didn’t really know anyone here yet. More friends would not shunned upon by him. The more the better.
Joining his hands together, he twiddled his thumbs ever so slightly. A air of nervousness rushing over his body, something which never really happened before. He felt an urge to distract everyone and run away but knew that wasn’t the best course of action. Staying and talking was what he needed right now.
‘’Ermm... Excuse me?’’ he questioned, almost as if to ask a question to the other. ‘’I was thinking that since we are in the same class I should introduce myself?’’ he yet again questioned, the air of nervousness welcomingly subsiding as he continued to speak. ‘’I’m Changkyun.’’
