jinah rolled over with a groan as her phone vibrated on her desk; creating what seemed to be the most annoying sound ever. she sat up, pushing her hair back as she reached for it, sighing realizing her reach was too short and she had to do the immense effort of scooting on the sofa to be closer to the table.
procrastination was a nasty habit she tended to fall into often- jinah didn’t feel the need to get herself out there- out there should come to her. and it seemingly had in the form of a text message. she doubled tapped the shattered screen -danger room simulation gone bad- and scoffed when the same of the phone breaker showed up asking her to join him in the cafeteria.
[ ✉ → salty snek : if you’re going to ask me to prom, let me save you some time, the answer’s no ]
[ ✉ → salty snek : scratch that i’ll be there in 10min to see you embarrass yourself once again ]
she finally lifted herself up, grabbing her bag as she walked towards the door, stopping quickly to look at herself in the mirror- smiling at herself before applying lipstick again. people who didn’t look sharp clearly didn’t want to get anything in life. looking the part is the first step to actually getting it.
walking quickly out of selene and unto the large campus, green glass and your random flying mutant as landscape; she reached the cafeteria searching around until her eyes landed on hakyeon’s figure, the man sitting alone at a table. jinah quickly made her way, dropping her bag unto the table before sliding in the seat in front of him.
“hey scales. how’ve you been. oh, you better appreciate my quick presence, i was insanely busy but figured i could give you some of my time” she snickered pushing her hair back.
“even though we see each other way too much. remind me to go see if i can switch my schedule around yeah- especially danger room” she grumbled the last part as she took out her phone and looked at the broken glass. “you still owe me repair costs””
