thinkin about how in a lot of art, official or not, curly just has giant pants. just Enormous Pants. no opinions forming in my head just considering this fact and unsure of what to do with this information
one of my friends likes to grumble sometimes when they see art of quote & curly with big ‘ol pants (’it’s unrealistic for a soldier!’) but i’m of the completely opposite mind that we need MORE art of poofy pants curly and/or quote. screw realism.

cave story au where quote goes to curly's house in sand zone for the first time and instead of getting into a fight he just peeks his head in the door and audibly says "Hm. No flowers in here." and leaves before anyone can even react to his presence
i mean technically you *can* do that in-game, the trigger for the fight is a few tiles into the house, but that mental image is really funny thank you
I have recently discovered that Bandana Dee was at one point going to be named Bandee and now I cannot rest knowing I do not live in the Bandee timeline. Are your thoughts anywhere near as overly extreme as mine on this matter
i strongly think that just because the official name isn’t Bandee doesn’t mean we can’t call them that and we should, in fact, all work together as a fandom to make this the Bandee timeline
Suddenly gained the urge to play through Cave Story again. Gonna use the Snake and see if I was correct to disregard it entirely in the past. There was a point to this at some point but i forgot and now i'm basically just using your blog as an extension of my own for One (1) post because you also care about some certain funny robots
the snake is an okay weapon, i’ve heard it’s useful for hell speedruns but imo takes too long to level up after an exp reset (last cave/BSS), though it’s super fun to mess around with shooting through walls
Have you heard of/played the Drawn To Life series? They just announced a new game after years of assuming the series was dead due to nothing about it happening and that ending it had, but it seems like something you might like! (well, based off my Surface Level Knowlage of you as a person at least)
