NYC Clean Heat - RFQ

The NYC Department of Environmental Protection, in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability, is requesting Statements of Qualification from ULS 2 Conversion Specialists to become official partners of NYC Clean Heat.  Potential applicants include oil providers, energy service companies, and other organizations that would offer incentives such as discounted service contracts, group buying discounts, or other forms of incentives for the purpose of aiding conversions from No. 6 or No. 4 heating oils to ultra-low sulfur No. 2 heating oil (ULS 2) with biodiesel. If selected, the respondent would be listed as a partner on the NYC Clean Heat website and its offerings would be incorporated into NYC Clean Heat outreach and marketing efforts. Applicants must create an account through the City Record and download the Clean Heat RFQ document. NYC Clean Heat - Recognizing Property Managers

At the conclusion of this heating season, the NYC Clean Heat program will publicly recognize property management companies that have converted at least 50% of their No. 6 buildings to ultra-low sulfur No. 2 (ULS 2), natural gas, or an equivalently clean heating fuel alternative. These companies will be recognized in a variety of ways, including: press announcements, paid media, and directly on the website. If you are a property manager or know a property manager who would like to apply, or to report new conversion activity in your portfolio of buildings, please contact us at 212-656-9202 by April 12 , 2013. National Public Health Week

2013 Prize for Public Service Innovation

NYC Clean Heat, together with the New York City Energy Efficiency Corporation (NYCEEC), has been awarded the 2013 Prize for Public Service Innovation by the Citizens Budget Commission (CBC)!
