Like an excited kitten he sprinted towards the fairy, merely inches apart from her before taking a quick sniff of her golden locks. ❝ it is you—! ❞ blanc happily exclaimed, tail wagging on cue as his arms lashed out. Targeting her waist but pausing before making contact. Figuring he should try to be a little gentle with her...for now. 

              ❝ sorry, your little brother didn’t mean to cause...all of this. ❞ he began, beaming at the destruction all around him. With everything almost being submerged underwater, one would have never guessed they were standing on New York’s famous lady monument.

  andy couldn’t help it. really, this isn’t his fault. liv had been talking ON AND ON about how much fun the other hero in town was, the one mostly based in central park ... he got excited. she was cute, and they were on the same side, and he wasn’t exactly USED to having to keep his identity a secret from other heroes. liv and sam knew, and he didn’t even have a cool hero name like she did -- they all just went by ghost and that would’ve got really confusing so ...

“ hi! “ he chirps cheerfully, zooming onto the roof beside the pixie. his glowing green eyes were lit up in absolute delight behind his mask, thrusting out his hand gleefully. “ you’re the pixigirl, right? i’m part of ghost force, my name’s ANDY --”

it takes a second to realize, and then his big grin turned into an o of surprise. “ oh, um, whoops...”

        “ i’m not a witch -- i’m not like them.”     clutching her hands a little closer to her chest, elsa pressed her back up against the wall. to her left, a series of ice spikes jutting out of the ground. to use magic was to associate yourself with the terrible deeds that went on in the city. while most didn’t see what was right in front of them --- elsa did.   her own magic was something she feared and resented. she wanted no part in it. 

        “ please --- just --- leave me alone. ”

  “ central ... park ? “ it must be embarrassing, to be a hero seemingly lost in her own city. never fear, beautiful girl, kid flash is here to set you straight. “ dude, this is gotham. new york is like, forty five minutes north “

            maybe this frazzled fairy just needs a distraction. charming                west grin (tm) is shot the blonde’s way. “ if you need a ride,                     my arms have room for one. “ sentence is punctuated                          by a wink, confidence as overbearing as her yellow                               suit.

Jinx couldn’t quite argue with that logic, not with how blase she was about most scenarios like this back in Jump City. She just kind of... assumed that she had left that behind, like a lot of other things. Plus, most magical disasters she’d seen since leaving weren’t so public. Maybe she was going soft in her new life, for this to surprise her so much. Still, even back home she was at least wary of lingering near the battle field if it wasn’t her fight- she wasn’t some hero, and she definitely had no intention of being some start up bad guy’s victim. (Even if this guy wasn’t exactly start up, apparently.)

“Oh cool this is to be expected then, good to know,” She muttered weakly, mostly to herself. ... Honestly, she should have expected it. Still, the other girl was oddly focused on her. Red hair or green eyes? Seventh daughter of a seventh daughter--? Oh, right. Not everyone was thrust into magic from the moment they took their first breath. There were rules for those guys. 

“Uh... sure? I’m just gonna get out of the way now though.” Jinx agreed, immediately questioning this choice. “Oh man what am I getting myself into.”

  she sees you. children always find a way to notice things that they shouldn’t, and a tiny pixi chilling out in broad daylight is something an adult might overlook as a bug ... but fink knew better. slowly, on all fours, she peeps close to the stupid little bug person, intent expression of determination on her face. 

people said fairies had magic, were super pretty, could make you dance until your feet falled all the way off ...

with a pounce and a proud grin, fink CHOMPS down over the flower, biting the stem and catching the stupid pixie held delicately in her mouth.

she isn’t eating the thing ... yet.
