don’t get her wrong, she loved gabriel’s line … but ,, it wasn’t exactly the it clothing of the year in her own personal opinion . it was there, it was nice, comfortable. something she was sure other girls who were spoiled and popular like herself would love. however , her style had changed and this just wasn’t something she wanted in her closet .

Rewatching Malediktator made me almost forget Audrey loves cats . She has a white one named Pearl . She spoiled her cat rotten ; Pearl is very nasty tempered like her owner and only obeys Audrey .

So I recalled Audrey Bourgeois saying she’s never “ felt this much emotion “ since Gabe this may be specifically how I’m interpreting the dialogue but she subtly implied Chloé , her own daughter of all things , has not made her experience “ a lot of emotion “ ever ; this can also apply to her husband too . Basically this woman is even more terrible okay she’s just got a black heart .

who named chloé? was it audrey? why was she called that?

It was Audrey that decided on Chloé’s name ! André wanted her to be named Annette so they’d all match with A names . Audrey decided he was being utterly ridiculous and chose Chloé as a name . The name means “ blooming ” , “ fertility “ or “ young green shoot “ . Chloé was the symbol of André and Audrey’s love , the daughter André always wanted . Audrey was far less enthusiastic about being a mother , the choosing of her name was to attempt development of attachment to her soon to be daughter . She never outright admits that Chloé’s birth was not her most joyful experience . She didn’t feel overwhelmed with love holding her newborn daughter at the time . Audrey outright forgetting her daughter’s name ties to her not being capable of unconditionally loving her daughter . She won’t bother remembering the name Chloé if it belongs to someone she only loves conditionally .

Fingernail file set down once nails are filed to impeccable ovals ; cutthroat gaze turned to daughter . ‘ Well , I hope you’re ready to make a fresh start once we arrive to New York , Chloé . Since you’ve humiliated yourself in this low class city you have no choice but to live with me now . You’ll still have contact with your father of course . ‘

Day #2 - Least favorite character

Miraculous has a ton of characters and I don’t really dislike anyone. Liike… either I love them or I don’t have strong opinions about them.

I choose Audrey because I saw the episode recently and a part of me wanted her to be “more”.

Does anyone beside me sit and realize just how..... bad the writing was concerning Chloé and Audrey “ bonding ” , they’re bonding over how awful they both are , that’s not even fuckin healthy . Mrs . Queen Faux Pas over here displays little more than conditional love to her daughter all because she’s trying to be her mini me ; it’s crystal clear that her own flesh and blood is completely disposable , until Marinette stepped in and riled them both up , pointing out how awful they are that preceded their hug and Audrey’s decision to stay .
