New York #meatpackingdistrict almost an entire block of vacant stores. Exemplifies how vacant and devoid of equity this once vibrant economically diverse city was. It will carry on, but wtf? Come on those with oodles of cash, take a chance, invite artists in without a monetary return, but rather let art and culture grow organically and collaboratively once again.
