The girl sitting across from me in the library doesn't seem to understand the concept of what a library is.

Considering I can hear her music through her headphones and she's singing. Granted, it's mumbled singing, but she's still doing it. As well as... "rocking out."

It is distracting. 

and my next class is in an hour.
