Reunion at Ithilien

Ithilien, Legolas had known even before the war was over that he wanted to go there sometime, see more of it than he had in the past. So when he was finally there, surrounded by the forest and the sounds of birds, he felt more at home than he had in a while. The battles, the travels, it was all so much and he had barely been able to relax. 

Here, near the river and with the forest all around him, he felt better already. The dread of the most recent fight starting to leave him as he sat by a fire near the banks of the river. He had made up his mind to swim a bit later, but for now he would just warm himself and enjoy the comfort of nature as he lay back, eyes focused on the stars above him.

Lost and Found

Another malfunction?!  Shiro gripped his controls tighter and strained to control his descent.  Life support had failed only a few minutes ago, but the heat was unbearable as his lion was still falling through the outer atmosphere.  The paladin closed his eyes and attempted to connect with his companion.  There was no response.  They were free falling onto a green planet.   “Mayday.. mayday..”  Shiro gasped into his open com channel.  He was running out of oxygen.   Without his consent, Shiro’s eyes closed and his body slumped forward before losing consciousness.  Sometime later, he woke in a meadow.  Flowers all around him...his lion must have ejected him after landing.  Shiro moved to sit up and stifled a cry of pain.  His leg was badly broken.

01: Do you have a good relationship with your parents?

yeah. they worked a lot, sometimes I’d go a couple days without seeing one of them. but we were always really close. they always encouraged me to follow my dreams, whether they were academic or not. and they were very open minded and accepting. I miss them. 

33: Do you have trust issues?

no, the opposite. I truts everyone too easily. I get hurt a lot.
