this could have been executed better but the concept is here and i drew today’s drawing. every day i do this is a huge accomplishment for me. also, today was our first snow so i dropped what i had originally planned for today to do this.

so this is quick man as a sonic character! his name is Quick the Jackrabbit but he’s often referred to as “Jack” or “Quick Jack”. He’s a famous racecar driver from Downunda- his family moved there a few years before he was born. They always wanted him to be just like sonic since, while speed runs in the family, he’s the fastest, but even with training he couldn’t come close to Sonic’s speed or heroics so he used what little fame he got from helping other to get himself a gig as a racecar driver, and plans on being a model if that ends up not panning out in the future.
he’s playful and sweet, and adores his fans- always posing for photo-ops and doing interviews and showing up to meet-and-greets. he frequently donates to charity and looks up to sonic, admiring his values on freedom and doing the right thing, and has tried to emulate that in his own life despite never having actually met him.
