In the midst of facing various challenges in my life, I wasn't always sure that going to/graduating from college would be an option for me. Yet, today, I sat on the stage of Radio City Music Hall and graduated from New York University magna cum laude. It's all incredibly surreal. I am humbled by the support I've received over the years from family, friends, and teachers. I am so so so grateful.

I still have no idea what I'm doing... But I'll figure it out 🎓 ••• Today was the All University Commencement Ceremony in Yankee Stadium, AKA Graduation Part I. Our commencement speaker was @pharrell, who said "...after you leave here today, I am asking you to let your actions out there in the world fuel the demand for better education. Engage and inspire — whether on an individual level or loudly within your communities. Talk about your accomplishments. Be humble, but not too humble. Don't be invisible... The days of being an anonymous activist or participant are over. How can we inspire if we are only behind the scenes?" 🙌🏻 #NYU2017 #Classof2017 (at New York University)

The sun was shining bright on Yankee Stadium as we celebrated the Class of 2017. This year’s inspiring honorees and incredible graduates made for a truly unforgettable commencement. Congrats, everyone!
