Recently, we received a special request from a young customer about a treasured item that Crown gifted him when he moved across town with his family. Read Dexter’s story below:

Hi Crown, My name is Dexter, I am a two-year-old chocolate lab. Two years ago, you moved my family and you gave me a wonderful toy lion which I call Leo. I took it everywhere with me in my mouth and I loved to show him to everyone but alas, it’s getting a bit ‘ruff’ now.

You see, I don’t like sharing my toys and when my friend came over for a playdate the other day, we had a fight over Leo. He has been my friend since I was 10 weeks old, and I took him everywhere with me in the car and on walks to the park. Leo slept in my crate with me every night. I feel bad that I hurt him that day and I’m very upset that he is now ‘destroyed’! So, I am getting my owner to email you about it and ask if I may have another one, please?

Hi Crown, Thank you so much for the new toys! Mum said I own just about every toy in the pet shops, but I still wanted more. I am just so cute that I think I deserve them though.

I am a very happy boy now that I can take Leo & the new rugby ball everywhere with me! I’m so happy that I get to sleep with my Leo every night again. THANK YOU so much for sending me them, you are all my new forever friends.
