Then he also says he will repeal Bill C-69, the legislation that established a new review agency for pipeline projects; pass what he calls a “National Strategic Pipelines Act”; do away with the ban on oil tankers on B.C.’s northern coast; and put in place an LNG (liquefied natural gas) export strategy.
