Raeger is a Parisian Frenchman. He was an only child born to two French parents in Paris, France, and lived there until his mother and father divorced. He then moved to Oak Tree Town with his mother to live with his very experienced chef grandfather, when he was young. He learned how to prepare and serve meals and desserts from his grandfather as he grew up since he had to help them run the family restaurant as well; eventually having the restaurant passed down to him after his grandfather passed away. His family is known for their expertise in the culinary and baking arts; many of them being taught within Paris, regardless of where they went after graduating, and Raeger’s love for cooking and baking stems from that.
