For those who are too lazy to read it for themsevles(in appearance order) :
Quiet would've been the first entity we see. They'd be a black and white woman-like creature in flowing white chiffon and whenever they speak they would only say 'Shh!' while doing the 'shush' gestor.
Dark would've look similar to his book design and would've sounded like Seth Rogen when Orion first meets him and Bill Murray later on.
Sleep would've been a giant altered version of Cesare from "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari".
Unexplained Noises would've been a giant altered version of Peter Cullen.
The first scrapped entity is Night scent, who's - quote - "looks a lot like Max Schreck’s Nosferatu, his large nose emphasized". I KIND YOU FUCKING NOT -
The second scrapped one is Nicturia, aka, and bare with me on this one - Night urination. He's - quote again - "looking very much like the original illustration of the King in Yellow". DSNLGENLSEUEAVGKSD LITERALLY FUCKING PISS CONTROL ENTITY --
Dreams would've been a film producer, producing people's dreams like films and movies. Quote x 3 - "She’s a towering female figure, whose body is filled with a multitude of ever changing imagery, like a tattooed woman, except the tattoos move and change and swirl and exist through and through, not just on skin’s surface."
The thrid scrapped entity is Fear. His first appears as a giant(presumably 18-19ft) humanoid made out of mold(in tie of one of Orion's originally planned fears), then as Orion takes him down via "unzipping" him - it's later revealed that he's a slightly shorter clone of Orion, who claims to be his consultant.
