SAN FRANCISCO | Builder sues over $2 billion San Francisco transit center

SAN FRANCISCO — The general contractor that managed San Francisco’s troubled $2 billion transit terminal is suing the agency in charge of the project alleging faulty design and mismanagement.

Namba Parks is an example of a megaform because it is as Kenneth Frampton defined, a complex form that inflects the existing urban landscape and insinuates itself as a continuation of the surrounding topography.
