This Stand has the ability to move at the speed of sound on any solid/liquid surface, at any angle and without being slowed down by physics. Also, once the user is on the Stand, they can never fall off of it, if not for their own will.

(This might be even weirder than that time I turned Pepsiman into a Stand)
