I'm struggling too right now. I lost 2 kgs and then gained 1 back. I been going to too many birthday parties lately and it's hard to eat healthy when you only have cake and snacks in a table. I thought the summer would help me eat better but it's been very chilly here. I'm trying to cut most carbs out of my daily diet and that's difficult. I'm binging less which is good but I'm still far from my goal and I'm feeling frustrated.
