my motivation to exercise is actually pretty high except a) when I wake up in the morning of gym day, because I’m always super sluggish when I get out of bed and I am thinking, “how on earth am I going to find the energy to go to the gym this evening?” and b) when it’s time to pack my bag and leave the house. That’s the all time low. Then I mostly enjoy being there, once I’m there.

Thanks! We’re getting to the “getting so nervous and antsy that I wish I was already there” stage of the process. We leave on Aug. 7 so it’s coming up quickly, but not quickly enough, if you know what I mean! :)
