Yeah, I know.  I read that because it uses salt and smoke in the curing process it probably isn’t as bad as say grabbing a handful of raw ground beef, but it’s still a nasty habit I should never have started.  I keep telling myself I’ll stop, but then every time I go to make bacon I end up grabbing a slice and I’m always like damnit, how the hell do I stop bwfore my luck runs out?
