Overworld Piglins can get incredibly tough n' fat quickly if they eat meat and meat only, so to keep a steady balance body weight (if they want) they consume fruits and vegetables a lot, but for piglins who want to be on the bigger and stronger side they consume meat more often. Hence, why Renny looks this big, but this is also genetics too.
