What is their S.P.E.C.I.A.L.?

Well, I haven’t played Nemo sooo I don’t have exact stats but

What’s their full name and does it have a meaning? Do they have any nicknames and how did they get em?

Nemo’s name is short for Neminem which is of course Latin for nobody! He got his name cause his mom abandoned him as a baby and the family who picked him up said he was a nobody because there was no note left with him with his name or anything and it just stuck.

How much do they care about their outer appearance? What’s their “beauty routine”? How often do they shower/ bathe?

Nemo cares about hygiene and bathes regularly but he doesn’t give a shit about his appearance. While in the legion he shaved his head regularly but once out he lets it grow out.

What do they fear the most?

Abandonment, being alone with his thoughts for more than 3 seconds

They’re biggest flaw? Do they recognize it as a flaw?

Is knowing you did something wrong but refusing to acknowledge it a flaw? If so that’s Nemo’s issue. He knows he does bad and he’s shit and yet he doesn’t do anything to change.

So my legion bastard Nemo, oh boy, he hated the legion, he hated being punished for every little thing he hated being treated as lesser. But instead of trying to rise above that, Nemo was one of those if they can be mean I can be mean too. Nemo is a complete bastard because that’s what he’s learned gives you footing in the legion, if you are meaner they will leave you alone.

Okay how about my Bastard Nemo.

Nemo was actually mugged when he was making his delivery to the divide. He had some letters for the Legion as well as the package for the divide. One of the letters for the legion was taken and as a result Nemo was punished for losing it.

Nemo can’t help but dwell on the thought of what the mugger was after, especially after he hears what happened to the divide.

2. Do they have any daily rituals?

Bart usually wakes up around 8 o’clock smokes and gets ready for the day. Before he stops smoking about every few hours he’s gotta have a smoke break.

Nemo is a mess of a human, besides his nightly sit and dwell on the past he doesn’t do anything on the regular.

7. Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time.

Bart is the champion of wasting time. Unless he is being paid he is never in a hurry to finish something

Cato on the other hand he’s the kind to want to get stuff done right away.

8. Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulging.

Cato definitely likes to indulge, but he’s got the in moderation belief. You can have too much of a good thing.

Nemo he wants to indulge in a lot of things, but sometimes he holds back because he feels like he doesn’t deserve to indulge.

10. Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such?

Oh hell yeah Bart definitely has some ptsd from his childhood being raised by basically a raider and then even more ptsd from the Sierra Madre. Coming back to the Followers after the madre bart starts to acknowledge he has problems.

Cato has some mild ptsd from his time in the legion but he deals with his trauma better than Nemo who on top of being depressed has a ton of shit but Nemo is in the “nothing is wrong with me” camp.

17. Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress.

Bart’s style is cowboy. He likes to dress clean cut, and nice. Being on the road it’s harder to stay nice and neat but Bart manages.

Nemo has that wasteland wanderer look. He wears baggy ponchos, capes and the like. Nemo doesn’t really care what he looks like

Cato is a jeans and T-shirt guy. If the James Dean style still existed in the wasteland that’s Cato’s style. Cato likes to dress nice but he’s not picky.

21. Turn-ons? Turn-offs?

Bart likes anyone who is cute and gives him the time of day. Bart prefers girls who are smaller than him and guys who could bench press him. And believe it or not but finding out someone is involved with shady business like anyone in the omertas is something Bart doesn’t like so doesn’t matter how pretty the person is he is instantly not interested. He also doesn’t like being called ‘Daddy’.

Nemo is like anyone that shows human empathy to him he’s swooning. He is mildly attracted to gals but strongly prefers men. Turn offs... uh he doesn’t do anything rough.

22. Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?

Bart would definitely attempt to draw. Nothing in particular maybe a crude landscape, he’s no artist by any means but he isn’t self conscious about what he’s drawn.

Cato makes swirls and other doodles like Bart it’s nothing groundbreaking in the art world.

34. Thoughts on privacy? (Are they a private person, or are they prone to ‘TMI’?)

Oooh Bart and Nemo are very very private people. Bart will opens up with someone he is close to but that requires a lot of trust built up. Nemo might never open up.

Cato on the other hand is like telling strangers his deep trauma. Some drunk comes into the Mormon fort and Cato is all “I tried to stand up to my father for beating my mother and instead I got beat and my father sold my mom into slavery and told me it was my fault :) how are you?”

48. How do they express love?

Bart makes time for who he loves. When Rosie wants to spend time with him Bart drops everything to be with her.

Cato fusses over who he loves, checking on them and making sure they get enough to eat.

10. Introvert or Extrovert?

Introverted as hell.

11. Have they ever been arrested and why?

Yes, a few times. Minor infractions within the Legion, like theft and pissing off the wrong guy. He actually tried assaulting someone when he was a teenager and that got him an asswhooping from his adopted father and being sent to boot camp basically.

2. What is their dream vacation?

Remington sometimes sees pre-war ads for camping and being at the old ski resort in jacobstown is nice. She thinks it would be lovely to have a get away in the mountains, if there wasn’t anything that could kill ya out there.

Audrey had always wanted to go Europe. Before the war, she and Nate had planned on going to London, unfortunately that’s probably not going to happen anytime soon in the post war world.

Nat heard about the far off tropical trips people would take and she thinks it sounds nice. She would love to see the ocean one day.

4. What is their favorite book?

Remington loves Pride and Prejudice.

Gwen likes The Wizard of Oz (if you made her pick something not Shakespeare).

Lynn wasn’t a big reader when she was a kid but the one she could stand was The Great Gatsby.

7. How many partners have they had?

Remington dated a couple teenagers her age when she was with her foster family, but really her focus shifted when she decided she wanted to fight the legion. The number of people she’s taken to bed is Three: a boyfriend, a fling with a gal, and Boone.

Bartholomew has had countless partners. One night stands with many different people. He’s had about two serious relationships the first one he bailed because he is a chicken about commitment, but with Rosie the second, he’s learning to let go of his fear.

18. What makes them laugh?

Remington has a very good sense of humor really, she likes stupid jokes and dry humor. Puns always get her giggling.

Nemo it’s schadenfreude all the way. He’s a bitch.

21. How do they react to praise?

Remington always tries to play it off as no big deal. She gets all red and blushing doing the all shucks thing.

Gwen gets a little flustered as well but she tries to remember to thank who is giving her the praise.

Nat oh boy I guess it depends on who it’s from. If it’s from her parents or someone who doesn’t care for their opinions she’s just like ya thanks but when it’s someone she cares what they think of her she gets rather excited.

24. What are their biggest pet peeves?

For Remington it’s people who don’t pick up their garbage. She sees some NCR soldier flick a cigarette butt on the ground she makes them pick it up. They live in a wasteland not a dump.

Lynn doesn’t like it when people click their pens or taps their pencils. It’s a dumb thing but it gets under her skin.

What are your OCs personalities like?

Oooh this is a long one

Remington is usually a pretty friendly gal. She likes to crack jokes and banter. Also a stickler for doing the right thing, even if it’s the hard thing to do. She’s Wonder Woman and Captain America of doing the right thing. Usually she’s an open book, she says what’s on her mind, not usually one to hold back unless she’s unsure of what she feels.

Bartholomew is actually a nice guy albeit selfish but he hides it behind 7 layers of mean bastard cause he’s scared of letting people closer than just a one night stand. Would rather have his teeth pulled than open up about himself.

Nemo, the new legion bastard, is a bastard for the sake of being a bastard. He’s my legion run oc so basically a rude ass jerk who doesn’t justify why he does stuff he just ignores it. Example: Divide gets nuked and he knows it’s his fault and he just shrugs his shoulders. Ulysses deserves to knock his head off his shoulders.

Nat, she’s kinda tough on the outside, soft on the inside. She is a very kind and thoughtful person but you wouldn’t tell it by looking at her because she’s a more actions than words person. Nat is also very determined individual, she doesn’t take no for an answer.

Gwen, my dear lone wanderer, she’s bubbly despite everything that’s happened to her, losing her parents and almost losing her found family. Mostly stays positive because really she’s hit rock bottom before of having no home and no family, and she’s survived all of that, she can survive what else comes at her no problem. Loyal beyond measure.

General Lynn is a very serious gal. She has her fun yes and can banter and exchange wits with the best of them but while being the General, Lynn is all business. Lynn is very fair and just, but also, she’s willing to get her hands dirty for the greater good, like lying to the Brotherhood. Definitely, gets caught up being the General and forgets to be herself.

Audrey, my sole survivor, that poor girl. She’s also very kind, I would say a bit shy unless of course she knows the person well. Audrey is thoughtful, creative, and very sweet but she struggles with some depression after ya know losing your kid and your whole life being turned upside down, and while she gets blue, she tries to not let that define her.
