YAAAAAY thank you thank you i love talking about these ocs....theyre the ones currently occupying my brain and wont leave me alone. theyre sooo skrungly <3

🎻 VIOLIN — does your oc play any instruments? what is their skill level (beginner/intermediate/advanced/virtuoso/etc)? I don't think any of them really play instruments. I imagine music theory is included in their studies to at least know the basics, and is up to them if they wish to continue studying it. I think Florian and Zinnia, at most, would know how to read sheet music and play piano. Florian would definitely be a beginner though, as he doesn't actively use this skill. Zinnia is more intermediate, as she sometimes she sight-reads music if she's bored enough.

🔺 RED TRIANGLE POINTED UP — does your oc know how to use any weapons? yaaay i love talking about their proficiencies in a fire emblem world...... Florian is equally proficient and knowledgeable on lance and bow! Zinnia doesn't know too much as she wouldn't be expected she probably knows basic lance maneuvers just in case she ever needs to protect herself (i think she mainly learns the magic skills from the school of sorcery ^^). Cecelia is proficient in sword and axe (but primarily uses axes, me thinks)! i imagine her becoming a wyvern rider in her future <3

❤️ RED HEART — what are three of your oc's positive traits? wait but why is that hard to decide...florian is passionate, studious, and sincere. tbh thats like the best way to describe him, really. Zinnia is ambitious, courteous, and thoughtful. She definitely gives a bit of mercedes "older sister" vibes despite being the middle child. Cecelia is tenacious, confident, and self-reliant. while good traits separately, together it tends to make her clash often with her family </3

🤍 WHITE HEART — what are three of your oc's neutral/questionable traits? this one might the hardest one to answer, with trying to find neutral traits lol;; Florian is cautious, but to a fault. He thinks things through carefully, and quite meticulous, but obvious this doesn't work for everything in life. He is also very quiet, unless of course is given a chance to talk out of turn. then he'll never stop lol; and the guy is just so blunt about things--some people appreciate it, but most others (nobles) view it as him being rude. Zinnia can be overbearing at times with friends and family, but it comes from a place of love. she does her best to keep it in check. she also has the tinniest bit of ego (which is warranted in her opinion. none of the other nobles can compare to her). She also has a calm aura to her, but watch out! she is secretly screaming at you on the inside. Cece is stubborn, which is good that she's willing to stand her ground, but man. sometime down the line she's due for a screaming match with her dads (lorenz, itd mainly be with lorenz) and wont that be a sight. she's also extremely independent, which again, fine by itself, but it does lead to heads clashing within the family. she's also very spontaneous and impulsive, which. do i need to even say it (she exists to get on her dads' nerves i swear)

💔 BROKEN HEART — what are three of your oc's negative traits? Florian is high-strung lol; he isn't a risk-taker, and is reserved to the point where people often don't realize he's in the room. He's also plagued by anxiety, which leaves frozen at times--in general is just awkward. Zinnia is a tad condescending, viewing herself as smarter and better than most (and can be quick to frustrate if someone does something incorrectly, especially if she views the answer as being obvious), and can be manipulative at times, using her faked emotions to convince people to do things for her. She can also be a bit unnerving if she wishes to be ^^; Cecelia is argumentative, sarcastic and snippy, and emotional; she's prone to anger and sometimes lets her emotions get in the way of things, leading to people not taking her seriously. she also will never ever listen (or at least consider) what opposing view points have to say. she believes in what she believes in, and nothing that can be said can change her mind

💙 BLUE HEART — does your oc have any cool/special powers and/or abilities? how are they with magic, if it exists in their world? absolutely love that this you asking about the crests lmaooo for magic specifically, i imagine Florian would learn faith magic, and a bit of reason, too! i imagine him as a holy knight <3 out of the three, he's the only one who's biologically ignatz's, so there was never a chance for him to have a Crest (which i imagine stirrs up problems in other nobles. I mean, the gloucester heir not only doesn't have a crest, but he isnt even biologically a Gloucester? how dare he smh what is the count thinking) as i said earlier, Zinnia ends up going to the school of sorcery, so she's predominantly skilled in reason, as well as knowing a good amount of faith magic. She also has a minor Crest of Gloucester! Cecelia does not have a Crest, nor is she good with magic. she isn't good at reason as she doesnt have the patience for it (which is reason #13756 of why she's the black sheep of the family), and while faith (out of the two) would be the more likely one shed be willing to learn, she simply doesnt have any interest in it

So I’m not exactly doing a prompt list of these for October but I did want to join in on the fun and improve my art so I’m just going to focus on whatever strikes my fancy each day!

Today it was lineart and detailing, specifically a test of drawing lace, which I’ve never even tried to draw before today so for a first try I think it turned out ok. You can definetly tell what it’s supposed to be!

So here have a as-of-yet uncolored Cecelia to match the Otti from yesterday!

(I love how you can see EXACTLY which aspect of this drawing I tried ten times and gave up on lmao RIP cape trim we hardly knew he)

If you care the outfit is a modified version of the “Yolanda “In the Name of the Father” Military Cape and Skirt Set” or at least that’s what the Pinterest post I referenced called it.

Felt like drawing some of the Elf Squad™️ in modern clothes, started with Cecelia cause shes probably the most fun to draw of any of my characters.

I figured that in the modern verse shes a little less self concious, but still dresses very mosestly and of course in her signature dark color palette. I didn’t really do it on purpose but i like how her wardrobe tends to accentuate her more unusual features, like her eyes, hair, and freckles.
