Not sure if she would be picked, but gut instinct tells me an heiress of some rich family. Likely not a warrior but has a bit of magic and supports other people who hunt monsters. Very kind and thoughtful, with a rather lax view on sex and relationships.

For my monster side, she's probably some sort of animal hybrid type, likely in the fey subtype. Very calm, playful and a bit of a tease. Likely just a bit jealous, though she generally plays it for laughs, though protective of the people she loves.
Oh I have the perfect idea for her. If my own setting/more generic monster, she's a siren or descended of sirens. A sensual name and very willing to use her voice to get who she wants, with a dubious sense of morality. In a RWBY AU, probably some sort of bird faunus where she got the voice part.

Definitely sci-fi tinged, but a dedicated hunter/monster slayer with a defeat kink a mile wide, though she hides that aggressively by acting sharp and controlling. Possibly a dark backstory that created those desires. Like being a sex slave of a monster. Also very hot.
