Meet Nova!

Nicknames: Novey-Wovey (Blitzø), Starlight (Stolas), Birdie (Loona)

Nova is the 15-month old daughter of Blitzø and Stolas and the first friend of Calliope. She also the younger half sister of Octavia Ars Goetia and younger sister of Loona.

Unlike her older half sister Octavia, Nova is growing up in poverty in a one bedroom apartment with her parents and Loona. Most of her clothes are either stolen or donated.

Personality: As a baby she still developing her personality traits, but it is believed that she is much like Blitzø was when he was a child. However she is shy and will distance herself from others, already having experiencing some bullying due to her mixed heritage from older children.

Quick Facts:

Stolas laid her egg but Blitzø was the one who held her the most and kept her warm as an egg until she hatched.

Nova names means “New.” In relation to stars, a Nova is when a star that suddenly increases in brightness before gradually fading.

Her Birthday is June 25th, making her astrological sign “Cancer.” Which Stolas finds very lucky.

The timeline of events differ from Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss in this AU. She was laid a few years after the events of Sinsmas.

**this is based on the fact that the episode “Seeing Stars” is dated in-universe as “2021” with the following episodes happening either weeks or months apart. Calliope and Nova were born in 2024. Julep was born in September 2025. (I know this isn’t perfect math).

Octavia does know Nova exists. Due to the massive age gap (Octavia is in her 20s now when Nova was born) and seeing her being loved by Stolas and Blitzø from a distance makes her extremely jealous. Not to mention Nova would never have the same responsibilities as a Goetia due to Stolas losing his status.

Loona adores her baby sister but she doesn’t openly express it.

Blitzø has introduced horses to Nova very early. But Nova loves unicorns because of how colorful they are and it’s easier for her to carry a unicorn around by its horn.

Fizzarolli is Nova’s Godfather. Which gives her some protections of protection as Fizzarolli is with Asmodeus (Sin of Lust).

A habit of hers is that she will suck on the tip of her tail. It’s similar to when babies suck their thump.

Nova will develop sharp imp teeth despite her owl-like face.
