It's been a while since I've drawn Oswald and Ortensia, and I just found out making Disney+ oswald series. I was so excited!!! I knew I had to draw them together. I love how they look so affectionate with each other😚
My character interpretation is getting out of hand. Just so you know,,
The first picture is... I just wanted to draw something cute. I wanted Moe🤭
It was fun to see the different expressions on each of the three of them. I can't rebel against the poses I'm asked to do, but I feel like I'm rebelling at least a little bit? lol I actually tried to draw a comb on the bridge of Felix's nose as a sign of shame, but I stopped myself because I thought it was too moe.
I don't know why I like Alex so much... Honestly, it's a lot different from the original, but it's good because it's my favorite. Please understand if the character setting or personality is a little different... I'll keep drawing like this😶🌫️
For some reason, I often draw Rency and Alex together, but I think it's because I like to draw Alex's troubled expression...lol. I also like to draw rency naturally and cute...😚
I also drew my cartoon bunny OC Conny after a long time! He's a fashion designer, so he owns a clothing store. In my toon universe, Alex lives in a different town from Felix's friends (so Rency travels back and forth by himself), and Conny's clothing store is in the middle, closer to Alex's town.
The cape is the same design as the cape worn by the inky version of Rency, and also the cartoon Rency doesn't actually wear a cape, but I wanted to try it on him anyway. Alex bought it for him as a gift, and I won't tell you why, because it would be too long..
I wonder what I'll draw next. I'll probably draw Kitty and Sheba first!
I'll talk about the drawings and my life at once below!
First, let's talk about pictures.
1. alex & kitty
The last cut is just blank because I don't know what to draw.
I'm infinitely interested in the past between these two characters and Felix in babitim as Felix's nightmare in the labyrinth... But in the story, Kitty was hugging Alex, apologizing to Felix, right?
But it's a nightmare, so I think it's even worse for Felix, and in reality, even though "it" happened, I wonder if Kitty would have come to her senses and broken up with Alex afterward...
No matter how I look at it, I tend to think that Alex took Kitty away from Felix because of the way the story was written... But I think Alex didn't take it away because he liked her, he took it away because he wanted to bully Felix, so I also think that Alex's interest in her would have turned off quickly. Sorry Alex fans, I like bad guy Alex, at least babitim's Alex is definitely a bad guy.
But I'm not supporting AlexKitty, I'm supporting FelixKitty... Of course, within BABITIM, I support osix! I'm talking about the cartoon version ;)
Anyway, I just wanted to draw Alex laughing his ass off after getting slapped. And the look of disdain on the lady's face... (sorry)
2. rosco & candy
I drew Rosco and Candy again! Last time I only drew their faces, so I wanted to make sure I got their bodies right.
Candy has a similar feeling to the cartoon version, but Rosco has become a bit thicker according to my taste😋. Well... All au characters are a bit different from the original, so I just rationalized that they are different.
I drew them because I wanted to match the deforme, and I needed something more specific for the story I'm playing with in my head about OC😙
3. OC - Rency doodles (AU ver)
I'm still drawing and playing with Rency! I used to play with OCs, so now that I have another OC after a long time, I keep thinking about it and imagining my own story.
Personally, I keep drawing him because he has a soft cute fluffy atmosphere.. I just want to hug him...😽
But if you ask me what kind of story I'm making, I tend to think about the past, not really related to the main story of babitim. That's why I drew Rosco and Candy in this au deforme! I mainly think about the past in the mid-20s, but Felix doesn't appear because he's already left the city. Of course, there are stories that are related to the main story. I tend to imagine this part in conjunction with my other OC, Conny(rabbit), or even a story after the completion of the main story. So it's divided into three branches.
Anyway... I've drawn a lot of AU versions, so I'm thinking of doing some cartoon versions next!
Rency has become quite different even though the AU and cartoon versions are similar, but I think that's true for all the other characters as well. Especially my cartoon Alex... He's become quite mellow. A bit of a bad guy and a full-fledged villain is what AU Alex is all about, and cartoon Alex has become a bit milder due to mixing tastes. I think it's because I like Alex who can't win against Rency, lol.

Um... I actually went to a computer school for 6 months, I think I'll finish soon and start finalizing my portfolio and going to interviews. I'm applying for a job as a front-end developer...haha.
I recently read Inky! I hope the authors are well rested and back. I think the story is getting deeper and deeper. I want our Bendy, Boris, and all the other characters to be happy, but I wonder how many more trials and tribulations will come before the end...
And I recently played Deltarune, I really really really love it, it was worth the years of waiting, now I'm waiting for chapter 5... My favorite character in chapters 3 and 4 is Tenna, because I like mech characters... For the record, Noelle is my favorite character, followed by SCC! Of course, I also really like Kris and Susie, in fact I like all of them, so I can't pick a favorite.
And... I bought a switch 2. Yay! I'm so excited for Pokémon Legends ZA and Donkey Kong Bananza!

Anyway, this is another OC doodle.
I've been imagining about rency a lot lately, so I just wanted to draw them again, lol.
Below is a rant about setting up the IM version of rency! It's a bit long, so I've hidden it.
The relationship between the characters is very different between the cartoon version and this version... Somethings will be similar, but the relationship between Rency and Alex will be different.
The settings for Rency's 'zany' have also changed some from the beginning... Originally, I set him to just be zany, but this time it changed, so it's an incomplete zany. However, it's not that he stopped being a jany himself like Felix, but that his lifestyle was broken after experiencing some kind of incident and his jany was broken...
I realized that there was a configuration error with the invisibility related his zany abilities.
It was set up so that intact Janies could not see or touch this transparency gray-white checkered cloth at all.
So Rency, as a jany, should be able to see this completely transparent and not be able to manipulate it. But he can touch it and manipulate it, and... How can you manipulate something you can't see? This is where I got a setup error.
He knows that it's really transparent to jany's eyes, but also knows that it's just a gray-white checkered fabric to the eyes of non-jany, so he needs to be somewhere in between to know both of those things at the same time.
Here's where I was like, "Huh?" and then I changed him to "less zany" and that his relationship with Felix became more interesting.
Felix is the one who put the zany down on his own, and Rency is the one whose lifestyle was ruined by an accident and became incomplete when he didn't want it to be... (I don't know if that's even possible, but let's just say it is. There are characters who stopped being zany on their own, so I thought there would be characters who wanted to continue being zany but were forced away from zany.)
But Felix, as it's explained in the story, can go back to being a full-fledged zany as soon as he acts like one again... Anyway, there's still a part of him inside.
Rency was forcibly broken, but he still wants to live as Zany, so he lives as an incomplete Zany.
So he misses Felix, who left town to avoid living as a jany on his own, but he doesn't understand why he gave up the blessing of being a jany and left, and he envies Felix because he can be a complete jany again if he comes back on his own... But he still likes Felix as a friend, so he supports him in his endeavors...
You know, it's kind of a complicated internal relationship. I liked it! So I changed the setting...
Rency and Felix are best friends, and they haven't seen each other since Felix left town, but they meet after the main story of Inky, so it's been about 10 years since they met. I'm thinking that it's been about 10 years since Felix left the home town, so... because he left town in his early 20s, and he's 32 now, right?
And the reason he's looking for Felix is, It's related to the doodle of Alex and Rency on the bottom right... that he noticed something about Alex and came to warn him... (I'm still pushing for some sort of relationship between Alex and the cult. I don't know if it'll make it into the main story, but it's one of my big theories...)
IM Rency and Alex... I don't think they'll ever be real friends. First of all, to Rency, Alex is the cause of Felix's departure... Still, Rency isn't a character who dislikes people by nature, so he seems to be okay from an outside perspective^^... Rency has a good social life.
Honestly, I'm embarrassed to explain it to others, and it's just a setting that I imagine in my head as I please... Anyway, I'm imagining and playing with this and that about the inky version of Rency...
I realized while drawing it that there's definitely a lot of my flavor in the OC, which means I like it😙
I probably draw more cartoon ver... but sometimes also draw au versions...?
Honestly, I use my imagination to advance the story, but I don't think I'll draw that much, so I don't know. ┐('～`)┌
There's actually a villain version. But the default is the same as above! (But the fact that he was Felix's hometown friend is the same whether the default or villain ver. Whether he respects his friend's boundaries or crosses the line and wants to take him back is the difference between the default and villain.)
The relationships between the characters are pretty much set, but I won't write them down. It's going to be a bit long, lol
