So Qloof started making team dungeon shogun steel ocs and i was in shock and awe so i made some of my own! Get ready to meet the main team!
Meet Avery and Anya! These two sisters serve sort of as deuteragonists for the arc i have plotted out for my Team Dungeon! Avery is the new leader of team dungeon, and the sort of member someone would think of when thinking of the team. Outgoing and loud, she has a slight flair for the dramatic and a competitive streak. She got the leader role by being honestly very cunning. She has a knack for seeing other peoples talent and for understanding her opponent. Her main rival for the shogun steel cast is Ren, who she is very nervous of for Rens ability to understand and replicate others moves.
Since becoming captain though, shes become more uncertain and stressed. She doesnt know how to lead a team that competes with itself in the way Team Dungeon does. Its strained a lot of her relationships.
Anya, on the other hand, is pretty reserved. She serves as the sub for team dungeon, mainly for her doubles skills. She, like her sister, is very good at adapting to others strengths, and brings that out to its fullest in team battles.
Anya isnt very into beyblade, to be honest. She learned how to play to spend more time with Avery and bond with her, but now is lost with watching Avery stress over leadership, along with all the new goals their team has.
(Anya uses she/her pronouns and is (updated) 10, I just forgot to include that information)
Our next two members are Trey and Shui! Trey is an old member of Team Dungeon, having joined around the same time as Avery. They competed a lot originally, and without the stress of leadership they were full blown friendly rivals. Trey is the quintessencial Team Dungeon member: loud, obnoxious, and looking for a fight. They really do care for their team, especially Avery, but he doesnt know how to interact with her anymore. They keep challenging Avery, but it just isnt the same.
Shui is, in one word, an asshole. A disciple of beylin fist, they joined team dungeon as they assumed (due to its internally competitive nature) it would be the team theyd least need to get along with people in. They are constantly challenging and disrespecting the rest of the team, and while theyre a strong fighter, they dont work as a team towards victory. Shui especially ends up challenging Anyas thoughts on beyblade and her lack of commitment to it.
And Miriam, our final member of team dungeon for now! She was the leader of Team Dungeon between Toby and Avery. Quiet, reserved, and calm, no one expected her to lead such a highly competitive team, but anyone who knew team dungeon during her era would credit her with leading the team to countless victories and with being the reason team dungeon didnt dissolve when leadership changed hands.
Miriam is a highly competitive and dedicated person, she gets an idea in her head about what she wants to do with her life and sticks to it. In leasing team dungeon, she was the idol of gictory none of them could reach, an image of herself that she cultivated. By making her team in awe of her, she could make them respect her and also challenge them to be better.
Most of her old teammates still look up to her, and most also view her as an older sister. But shes also very unreachable in many ways, as she never shows much uncertainty or anxiety.
She left Team Dungeon to Avery to go join the WBBA once she was aging out of the tournament bracket, and has fully commited herself to trying to be the next director of the WBBA.
I have one more oc planned out that I'll be introducing at some point, but for now, this is the shogun steel team dungeon!
