kiesling has a rivalry with a spartan-IV, Taz (posted art of him before as well if you go through my halo oc tag!) where Taz enjoys bullying him. Taz is part of a spartan fireteam that often crosses paths with Kiesling's squad.

also yeah Kiesling is leader of his squad for some reason despite him being a wet little dog who starts shaking uncontrollably when he has to do any kind of public speaking

hes also often confused by how Cody communicates, especially with other spartan-IIs because of their own subtle language of gestures, and Cody's lack of showing emotions, but Cody feels the same when talking with non-spartans and they're both curious about each other

spartans never die... (?) well.. im sure he's fine.. right guys? either way this was so fun to paint and im slowly getting more comfortable drawing details on armor

What are Taz's worries/insecurities? What are things he feels unsure of?

my sweet baby boy taz.... he has a lot of self-worth issues. he's the sole survivor of a fatal car crash and he blames himself for it even though it wasn't his fault, and it sort of ruined his life, so he's not at all where he had hoped he would be when he was younger. it makes him feel very Inadequate.
