Turning npcs into OCs

Saw someone on Xitter do this and though I would have some fun and try it out myself :)

Looked at the name Kaiser and took inspiration from late 1800s German upper-class fashion. Her tail is styled in a little bun. Took some liberties with her hair to go into curly territory, as from what I can tell, curly hair was in fashion at the time.
