It's been a little over a year since I first drew the Red Phoenix for the Guardianview AU (created by @aydentew3102 ). Since then they've changed a bit (ok a lot) character-wise from their first appearance and I've drawn them a lot. I've updated [the Ouroboros/gv!Viper] already, but I feel the others need an update too.
So here are the new refs for the Red Phoenix!
"The Scientist", known as Deo by the other members, is the oldest living member of the Red Phoenix. He's generally cold and calculating, usually staying back on Retrievals to help via radio on the sidelines but is by no means incapable of holding his own. He's durable enough to tank hits from some of the strongest Twisteds and can be difficult to deal with when he finally does decide to show up in a fight. His four arms can transform into shields, cannons, and blades depending on what he needs.
Deo's passion since he was created has been the research of Twisteds. Gifted with knowledge on them from the Ouroboros herself, he spends most of his freetime documenting and learning from the few he keeps to study and observe. His knowledge lets him predict behavior, figure out the best way to take them down, and has even let him safely handle one specific Twisted dubbed Aromatherapy.

Verna, real name Fungi, has always known the life of a criminal. Growing up in Shirelock where his family trade is smuggling and selling drugs, his lack of abilities being made up by his street-smarts of the criminal underground and vast knowledge in chemicals and narcotics. He has an older brother/fun uncle sort of personality: chill, upbeat, and very much a jokester. You can rest assured that nothing he does will be taken seriously. His job during Retrievals is to be the one actually kidnapping since he can't handle most heroes on his own but can definitely overpower your average Joe.
He has a strong sense of loyalty and holds his family above anything else (including the other Red Phoenix members). Despite being so laid back, he will move mountains if someone he's close to needs it which is what brought him to the Red Phoenix in the first place as his deal with the Ouroboros gave him access to her venom so he can protect those he loves.
also he hates his cap; it's just a giant mass on his head he'd prefer to be bald lol
Amber didn't join the Red Phoenix in the conventional way. She was instead taken during a Retrieval to be fed to the Ouroboros but the Twisted serpent was so amused by her attitude and surprisingly powerful abilities that she let her live if she joined the Red Phoenix. Now going by Entoderma on the field, she has no filter and is not afraid to let her anger take the spotlight. She quite frankly hates it here but she's slowly learning to get along with the other members with their flaws and loosen up a little.
Her abilities allow her to make constructs of various invertebrates like insects, slugs, and arthropods to name a few. She can alter their size, fuse them together, and even fuse them to herself. The constructs die after a few hours with the larger ones dying quicker than the smaller ones.

The newest member of the Red Phoenix and among the youngest of the gods. Phobeomai is a "creation" of Phobos, the god of fear and panic, to extend his influence of fear but in person they cannot be more different. Although he looks and acts terrifying and fearsome during Retrievals, Phobe is a kind and gentle soul who genuinely wants to be good despite the circumstances he now finds himself in with the Red Phoenix. He refuses to harm mortals and only uses his immense strength to deal with heroes the rest of the Red Phoenix aren't strong enough to handle, usually acting as support otherwise.
As a god-like being he has a wide array of abilities. Like the others he has invulnerability, intangibility, minor reality warping, curses, and blessings. He can also shapeshift, create a dark gaseous substance substance to take whatever form he chooses, the ability to manipulate and see the fear of others, and levitate.
