Short Description: Decorates a fairly new skyscraper [Bismark International] in the heart of the city. No wings, his perch overlooks the financial district and he's fascinated by all the activity. One night he tried venturing down to the ground, but only made it as far as the 63rd floor before his fears (and the night security) got the better of him. He doesn't know why his sculptor crafted him with razor-sharp talons and is immobile when exposed to sunlight.
