So I don't have access to my main computer rn so I'm having to download fo76 to my dinky laptop (hopefully it will work without too much lag, the poor thing only has 2gb of vram).

But in the meantime @theartofblossoming here's Albert/Buzzard as I designed him on HeroForge. Very much looking forward to actually playing him as a ghoul in the upcoming update :)

26. How do they come off to others? What first impression do they usually make?

your Very First Impression of buzzard is, usually, something they’ve very carefully crafted to seem as non-threatening as possible. they work very hard to make people feel at home and comfortable around them - things are so much easier when everyone else is calm! they project this image of a strange but otherwise largely benevolent person, a clever little fool, though it isn’t always effective; they never know what to do when others aren’t convinced. they WANT people to like them, so they PRETEND to be likable. what do they do when no one believes it?

they’re the sort of person who could belong everywhere, and nowhere - they could be seen in any place at all and look like they’ve lived there their whole life. the only place they’ve really felt attached to was vegas.

30. Do they flirt often? How easily do they fall in love?

buzzard is super poly and odds are if they consider you a close friend they’re probably in love with you at least a little bit, or at the very least consider you family as is the case with boone and raul. they love to tease, friend-flirt, anything. it’s fun! innocent! but they’re also lovey-dovey, and possessive, and don’t always understand why people don’t like that. that said, i wouldn’t say they fall in love easily - however much they pretend to care about other people, it takes a while to actually get there. they may Like you, or Enjoy your Company, but that’s no guarantee! it takes a hot minute to gain their trust. once you do, you’re on a fast track to their heart.

32. Do they prefer to solve things diplomatically or using violence?

it depends on who’s involved, but in general they favor diplomacy. it’s easier! no one needs to die! but, you know, it’s really only to make themselves look….. better. they’re prettier to the public if they don’t want people to die unnecessarily, aren’t they. but politics is… hard, and complicated. diplomacy is also, and things aren’t always so easily solved. it’s just, so much LESS of a headache to show up with a troop of securitrons in a show of power and be done with it.

if it involves the legion, though, most bets are off. they may have worked with caesar very briefly, but that doesn’t mean they liked or approved of him or his methods. it was truly, honestly, just a way to keep the death squads off their tail feathers for a time, and play all sides of the field. they had the bear and bull eating from their hands for a time, but not long. 

39. What are their thoughts on having to kill on a daily bases in order to survive? Does it take a toll on them? Or do they shake it off rather easily?

at this point, they’re used to it! they’re no stranger to death, they hardly even think about it any more. this is the way of life, either they die or someone else does, and they quite like being alive! no need to think too hard about it. they learned this from a young age, though they haven’t always been alright with it.

this doesn’t mean they don’t care about the dead, however, or needless loss of life. people deserve to be honored and remembered, so they honor those who die the only way they know how. always thought it was such a shame to waste meat. better to carry these people with them, make these people a part of them, a living mausoleum. the dead live through them, the dead walk through them. they continue to live through these peoples’ sacrifices, and that deserves to be acknowledged. they’d hope someone would do the same for them when they die. it is, in their opinion, the natural progression of things.
