  I used to believe in an afterlife.

       I believed in some sort of.. Mythical deity just waiting for us to join them in turn.

       I wouldn't go as far as to say that I'm religious, though in a way the thought is appealing.

      To think there's some sort of higher power at play. It just seems like a nice idea.

       However, after meeting him, I begin to question my beliefs.
