AHHHH THANK YOU SM FOR ASKING ABOUT MY GIRL FAE! So sorry for the late response on this…

1. A summer trip they think of fondly: Before starting high school, Ruby, Drew (her twin brother), and their parents took a trip to Tokyo, Japan. Ruby loved it because she not only got to learn more about her culture, but she also got to see so many new things. Plus, she got to go to Disneyland Tokyo! The only thing she didn’t enjoy was the humidity

2. Their favorite Disney Princess: Mulan, hands down. Ruby loves seeing someone similar to her who would do anything for her family and is a bicon! Also, her with a sword? Hot!

3. The first song they would dance to with their partner at their wedding: So we all know that Santana doesn’t like to show a lot of vulnerability, but she would for Ruby. Which is why Ruby picks I Belong In Your Arms by Chairlift as their song because it reminds her of Santana’s softer side

4. If they have tattoos or piercings: Ruby has about three piercings on each ear, and she has a little devil emoji tattooed on her ankle in honor of Santana

5. The scariest moment in their life: Seeing Kurt bullied the way he was by Karofsky terrified her because she feared for his life, as well as her own because if this could happen to one of the most outspoken people she has ever met, whose to say it won’t happen to her?

6. If they would break the law: Oh absolutely, 100% hands down Ruby would break the law because she’s chill like that and has no respect for the authorities

7. Their favorite reality show (because everyone secretly has one): The Bachelor (the sole reason i say this is because ik that Hayley Kiyoko in real life is a huge fan of the show)

8. If they have a favorite chore: Ruby shockingly loves shoveling the driveway in the wintertime (she loves being outdoors, plus it’s a good workout)

9. If they like being in pictures and what faces they make in them: Ruby isn’t the biggest fan of pictures, but she’ll still be apart of them. However, she likes to cause a little chaos by making the weirdest faces whenever she’s in a picture

Ruby LOVES scary movies, she’s a big fan of the jump scare. As for which genre of horror she prefers, I think she leans towards the supernatural horror because she’s a big fan of Stephen King and she loves the supernatural

ruby has all these different mason jars for various little things because she loves the aesthetic of it all: there's one for tickets of all the concerts she's been to, a swear jar (because she's a potty mouth), a jar filled with money she's saving for her future tattoo etc

she credits a lot of cherry bomb's vibe to the various girl bands she loves, but of course the main inspiration is the runaways because she is in awe of joan jett

when she auditions for new directions (at the behest of artie), her audition song was bad reputation by joan jett

ruby's competed in a number of skateboard competitions over the years, and she was ranked number one for a good number of years (she even had the chance to compete in the x games)

brooklyn 99 is her absolute favorite show (she had a HUGE crush on rosa for years, and she relates to jake on such a spiritual level)

ruby found her bulldog, barkley, at the pound when drew was in the process of getting his cat, katy purry. she looked into his soulful little eyes and immediately thought *i have found my soulmate*

she is a black coffee drinker through and through; it's the one thing that helps her stay awake if she has to study real late

she dresses like a mix of a vacation dad and a skater chick: oversized colorful printed collared shirts, white tank top, ripped jeans, and vans

when he found out that ruby plays the drums, finn challenged her to a drum-off. she won (of course), and it cemented his respect for her. they would then have drum-offs whenever they could, and ruby would burst into tears anytime she looked at her drums after finn's death

santana was ruby's first everything: first kiss, virginity, first love, everything

1. Something they collect: Ruby likes to collect a bunch of different things in small Mason jars: cash for her future tattoo, as well as for her swearing. Her most cherished collection is all of the tickets she had from the concerts she had been to

3. The first thing they bought with their own money: It was a brand new skateboard because Ruby’s old skateboard broke in half from one too many tricks out at the skate park (she used the money made from all the performances the band did at different club venues)

We first have Drew and Ruby Hamada

Played by Darren Barnet and Hayley Kiyoko respectively, it’s the ride or die siblings that Glee deserves! Drew is the chaotic idiot of the two, while Ruby is the cool idgaf queen.

Drew’s future love interest is Kurt because Kurt desperately needs to learn how to NOT be biphobic, and Drew (as a bi king) can help him down that path (it will NOT be easy, but that’s what makes the story so fun 😏).

As for Ruby, who is my lesbian queen (since her fc is Lesbian Jesus), her future love interest is Santana. Now, in my opinion, I personally thought that Santana and Brittany’s relationship was unhealthy and toxic. Santana needs someone who can help her be a better person and come to terms with herself, and Ruby (who doesn’t put up with Santana’s shit) is totally the one to do that. Seriously, you have no idea how much I love that Ruby can take Santana down a peg or two. It’s glorious…

Last, but certainly not least, we have Yasmin Ahmad

Played by Medalion Rahimi, Yasmin is the daughter of politicians who just oozes glamour and sophistication that Quinn Fabray WISHES she has. However, those vibes has caused people to avoid her because of them being intimidated. The only people who aren’t intimidated by her status are her best friends: Ruby, Drew, and Artie.

Yasmin is a love interest for Matt because say it with me, MATT RUTHERFORD DESERVES BETTER! Aka he stays and he and Yas are together and perfect and everyone is happy yay!

1. Their happiest moment: I think Ruby’s happiest moment is when Santana FINALLY admits that she’s in love with her and she’s tired of hiding how she feels behind her walls. The look of pure joy and the brightest smile Santana has ever seen appeared over Ruby’s face, making her fall in love with her all over again
