Another OC of mine!

His name is Ergo Valas (He/Him) born under the sign of The Serpent. He is a 23 years old dunmer, and 1.70m (5'6ft) tall. Even if he looks serious and grumpy here, I would say he is a person who would never refuse to help anyone, no matter the price he has to pay. He has no sense of self-preservation. It’s been a blessing and a curse so far. He is a sweet, kind-hearted mer, always generous and maybe a bit too honest sometimes. He is very affectionate, due to growing up with a lot of khajiit. The backstory: He’s been through a lot so far. He grew up on a slave farm somewhere near Lake Amaya, on the Southern region of Vvardenfell. His father was the owner of the plantation, and owned a family of khajiiti slaves. These khajiit were for Ergo like family. Caring for him, and raising him in a way. His father despised how friendly he was towards them, so he would treat him as one of his slaves too. Although, he did have a warm, dry place to sleep and food. His frustration about how his father treated slaves grew, and he stood up to defend his friends many times. One night he finally broke and freed all of them. That’s how he lost his left eye- due to his father’s mistreatement. After this incident he was forced to leave his home. After a few rough days, he found himself in Vivec City, where he met someone who helped him get back on his feet. It was one of the Ordinators, Bvyyth. After some gruelling work for a Telvanni scholar, where he learned a lot about Enchanting, he became the Temple’s disciple, a Scribe. During this time he met the Nerevarine himself, who is @steamclouds OC, Sedris Ilneleth, and they quickly became good friends. There is so much to the story but it’s enough for now!

Ergo: > Does your character have recurring themes in their dreams?

His dreams tend to be abstract - he'd often dream about a certain feeling or emotion. Sometimes he dreams about some far away lands he'd never been to. The feeling that he often dreams about is the sensation of soft fur under his fingers. He likes these dreams the most :)) > Describe a scenario in which your character feels most comfortable.

He likes to nap a lot! A warm bath, some hot brew and soft pillows to sleep on with no one to disturb - that's when he's the most happy :D

Bvyyth: > On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

He's a pretty practical mer. He'd probably have a few coins, some beef jerky if he gets hungry and a health potion just in case. > Does your character remember names or faces easier?

He's someone who really likes to people watch :D Just a perfect guy for being an Ordinator ahah He's actually very good at remembering the faces of people passing by!

Caprice: > Is your character more likely to admire wisdom, or ambition in others?

She is very much a person who admires wisdom rather than ambition. She'd seen too many people betray and kill others in the name of ambition. That's Vivec City for you I guess :,D

>How does your character normally deal with confrontation?

OH she is usually the one to confront others :,D She does avoid conflict when necessary, but if she needs to - she's comfortable with confronting others.

💔 What could their partner do that would absolutely break their heart?

>Bvyyth is someone who can get mad jealous. Someone flirting with his partner is unthinkable. If his partner would cheat on him with someone, that would break his heart (after he breaks all bones of the someone).

🌠 If they could make any wish with no repercussions, what wish would they make?

>He'd want to make himself taller.

🎵 What is their playlist like? Their favourite artists? Do you associate a particular song with them?

>He's a big enjoyer of tavern music. I think "Stripped by Depeche Mode" fits him pretty accurately. And "Covenant - Call the Ships to Port".

>If his partner gives him a cold shoulder, doesn't want to spend time with him.

> He'd wish for the slavery to end on Vvardenfell.

>He loves drums and chimes. Ashlander music is his favourite "genre". It's so difficult to choose a song for him, but I'd go with "Sleeping at Last - You are Enough".

👁 What colour are their eyes? Do people notice their eyes? Is there anything special about them?

> Ergo's eyes are monochromatic, with dark sclera and white/silver iris. But he is missing his left eye, so it's just an empty socket (with pinkish flesh). He has somewhat a poor balance because of that, and it's very easy to get it irritated. People do notice he has only one eye, but his eyecolor is quite original too (for a dunmer).

🍓 Do they eat their fruit & veggies? What is their favourite fruit or vegetable?

> He does! He'd eat a lot of saltrice on the farm. But his favourite is fried ash yam (it's a bit like fries)

🍀 Do they believe in luck? Are they lucky?

> He does believe in fate. One might say that the Divines watch over him.

☁️ A soft headcanon?

> He could fall asleep anywhere. If he feels like he needs a little nap, he doesn't even think twice.

🌟 What do they think about when they look at the night sky? Is there someone they want to star gaze with?

> Growing up with many khajiit, the sky and the moons remind him of his furry friends, that he's not sure if he'll ever meet again. He'd love to star gaze with his bf, Sedris :))
