Ooohh, good question! (it's like the second time I receive an ask like this lol). Curiously, I have quite a few ideas regarding this topic, but I'm still in the process to fully flesh out some of them (which will take its time); however, I think I have enough to answer, so here I come (this is gonna be loooong...):

Well, regarding the [canon] characters (+ my other OC), Chelsea is mostly a 50/50 with many of them (like Phyllis, Phil, Boone, Larry, etc.), also having people she dislikes or despises, like Penn (for personal reasons) and Sashi (but she's more subtle about it for kinda obvious reasons); there's people she likes for sure, like certain rivals she competes against at school every other week, and of course, her main rival—Georgina Garrido (but secretly, so much that sometimes the liking for her doesn't notice at all). And then there's Rippen, her mentor figure, guide, and favorite teacher; she really admires that grumpy man as no one else has any idea! Oh, and don't even make me also talk about Jhoanne and Chelsea's feelings for her, hehehe 🤭 (but oh dear, if Sashi notices... 😬).

Now with the other OCs, in general, despite being calm as a tree, Chelsea is really... chatty, so to speak; not with absolutely everyone, of course, but I think one could get the idea. However, due the way Chelsea is, I think she probably likes more getting along with other OCs who are competitive as well (also maybe being friends with some of them, who knows); but that doesn't mean she's ignoring all the ones who aren't (she even talks with some of them, like Lola or Dante), it's just that she has this preference, that's it (and curiously, unlike Gigi, Chelsea's not so scared of either Victor or Toby; she feels really intrigued and kinda curious about them—something like when she sees mystery stories or paranormal stuff). For other part, I strongly believe that she'll get along really well with Trixie, even making a great duo because... ✨vibes✨ (and also because they have one or more things in common lol).

Chelsea: Oh, good afternoon. Is there anything happening? Is it about me?

Gina/Me: Yes, it's about you. What do you think about the others around you?

Chelsea: So you are asking for my opinion, isn't it? Alright, no problem. Deary, where do I start...?

Gina/Me: Perhaps your school peers and coworkers and rivals.

Chelsea: Oh yeah, sure. First, I'm really glad that in school I can always find other people like me who love competing. Also as bonus, there's Mr. Rippen—awesome mentor, determined to high levels, yeah sure an arrogant sometimes, but I really can't help but enjoy talking to him, even more than Principal Larry if you ask me. And then... there's the hero team; Wiseman is okay, Garrido is... ahem, a formidable rival, but please! Don't make me talk about Zero with his pride and how presumptuous he is about his unbelievable... ugh! And Kobayashi? Really?! Uhh, better not say anything about her (how's she still friends with her?).

Gina/Me: Okay, okay Chelsea, I get it! Ooff... Anyways, and changing the subject... what do you think about your other peers?

Chelsea [*sighs*]: Okay, where do I start... Well, at least the ones I reached to meet are formidable and talented in so different ways, even with some inviting me to friendly competitions or asking me to compete with them. But competitions aside, I also met such smart and talented people (you have to see Lola's inventions, I've never seen anything similar to that). Besides, I think shopping has not became any more fun since I met Trixie! So of course, I have more than one or two positive things to say about this topic, heh...
