When Steven Universe was making the rounds on the Beach City board walk, he stopped by Beach CityWalk Fries but no one was there. He went inside to see if he could find anyone but accidentally spilled a vial that contained the aura of the 3 diamonds and his own spit, into a fryer, causing Fry, and the other Potato Gems, to form. Fry was the last to take form and considered the baby sister of the group.

Fry likes to make herself at home wherever she goes. She is a free spirit and has a short attention span, causing her to wonder off. Her habit of talking non stop and not thinking before she talks causes trouble more often then not, which leave Tot with the duty of fixing her mess. She is taking classes at little homeschool about thinking before she speaks.
