Pokemon AU: Lou

A trainer who prefers to spend their time exploring rather than battling, Lou can be found randomly, and never the same place twice in a row. They are well-supplied with all kinds of potions and stat-boosting items, as well as all kinds of pokemon treats! Lou doesn't believe in just handing over Berries... no, they make a big deal making all kinds of treats with their pokemon!

Uses a bike to get around, since it's faster and they like to roll past people screaming "ZOOM ZOOM!" at the top of their lungs. In more isolated areas, you'll hear the screams coming before you see Lou racing by.
