If Sui could ask for any reward from his Lord (really anything)... what would he ask? Are there any assignments he specifically loves to do for her, or are there any he dislikes (even if he doesn't show it, I guess)?
You play a dangerous game here... any reward? Secretly the reward he wants is to have a family with her... a child with her. He was there before her husband, was in her service... He’s paid his dues and has fallen in love with her.
Like I said... a dangerous game. He will never ask for it though, because he knows he will never get it. So what is the use of asking anyways? And even if she did have his child, she would not claim it as hers, as his either.
As for an assignment he specifically loves to do for her... Taking care of her needs within the bedroom. He loves the feel of her body against his, of the slight bit of power he has to make her moan and want, to demand him to take care of her in anyway she sees fit.
Any he dislikes? Anything having to be away from her side. He will not show it, but he does not like leaving her without his presence in case of an attack or just his need.

Oh, do not get Sui wrong... He could break away any moment he wanted to... although... I doubt Sarvis would allow him to go very far... But Sui is a very independent person already... Jez... is not. Jez seriously will do whatever he is told by a Sith if he is assigned to them... He has had to in the past... It's part of the reason Sui pulled him under his wing before they met Sarvis...
And when Sarvis was greatly interested in Sui... Sui made her the ultimatum... If she wanted him, she would have to take Jezkin as well... She laughed at first, but then found Jezkin interesting with how loyal he was to both Sui and to her, so she took him. But now that she is married, and has a keen interest in Sui still, she has sent Jez back to Intelligence. And Sui just tells him, "Grow up, Jez... Learn to be free."
