Girl on the left hopeless,defeated,embarrassed, lost,clueless and wanting an easy way out and will quit when it gets too hard. Girl on the right knows the feeling of overcoming defeat, doing things you dont want to do,discipline, devotion,commitment and hardwork....so much more than a physical before and after. Total Loss 85 lbs, took 2 years and 2 months to get here. What I do? Ate correctly (so much more involved than measurements, fasting and cycling...all the "self proclaimed gurus" are making $$ off you for a reason) and lifted HEAVY and specific programming depending on what part of the process you're in (also not as simple as an app plan or online membership no one is a one stop shop thats why you need "personal" training) It did teach me how to be a rockstar programmer....anyways, Ive been there and I get it. Its hard but I can tell you from first hand account...If you really want something, work hard for it, commit your mind and heart to it....YOU CAN DO IT!!
