[bonita and ocean emerge from church after a long service, the youngest Waters having found his way to the snack table afterward, while his mother socialised and poke to the priest. he had very little interest in church, but t made her happy that he went so he would continue to, if only for the free donuts. either way, he was halfway through his concha when his older brother suddenly appeared, and he eyed him warily, but didn’t say anything past ‘Hi, Infinity.’ to which he earned a grunt. Fin had a cigarette dangling from his lips, and he was wearing the same outfit he’d worn the day before. he’d been begrudgingly forced into coming to help with groceries, but under duress and only under the understanding that he would not be coming to church. bonita looked around as he touched her arm and murmured to her that they should get going, to which she nodded her agreement and began bidding her farewell to the priest]
