Her tiny legs started to propel her thin frail frame as we watched from a distance sharing a laugh. Her arm was raised high above her head and we could see the fabric begin to wave slightly. The grass became her own personal runway and she had hit full speed. As the string started to tighten the smile pressed its way through her lips showing her missing teeth. The little girl was overcome with elation as the kite began to rise and finally catch the wind.
High Highs and their single Flowers Bloom managed to create a strong hold on me immediately after my first listen. I have been following them ever since and was excited to see some tracks from their latest EP Ocean To City making their way onto their Soundcloud which included this smooth flowing number Catch The Wind. Give this a shot whether you are or are not yet a fan and I am sure that afterward you to will find yourselves just as trapped as I have been in their gorgeous sweeping world of sound.
