Was watching miraculous ladybug and the writers absolutely fucked us over on Marinette’s reveal to Alya. Like, we get marinette having a breakdown, Alya comforting her, then Marinette says “and I’m ladybug” then the episode ends. Next episode, we’re business as usual. Like, wtf? Yall have been laying the groundwork for an actually decent reveal since EPISODE 1!!! Then you cuck us out of it?! Like, where is Alya not believing it, and Marinette having to convince her, until eventually Marinette reveals tikki and all of the other kwanis come out of hiding, and Alya has this big “oh my god, it makes so much sense now” moment, where everything suddenly falls into place, like “that’s why you didn’t want to wear the ladybug mask for the music video, and why you’re always a ‘victim’ of and/or disappear during akuma attacks, and why you’ve never been akumatized, and why ladybug is always conveniently nearby and has faster response times when our classmates are attacked, it all makes sense now!” That scene could have been GLORIOUS, but instead we got “and I’m ladybug,” roll credits

Yeah, the one that made you get a Poob subscription yesterday, only to find out it wasn’t free to watch for any level of Poob subscription, even the ones that require you to have half a dozen separate subscriptions to other platforms just to be able to watch a handful more shows that are available on Poob only. The one that had a one time purchase on top of the expensive monthly subscription, but you didn’t have time to watch it yesterday because you were busy running around in circles dealing with Poob’s subscription model, yeah. Well, Poob’s license to host the show just expired and they pulled it from everyone’s library. No, they won’t refund you. No, you can’t do a chargeback, they covered that in their terms of service that was too long and filled with complicated legal jargon for any regular person to understand.
