In no time, within a week, between the last 7 to 10,  two consecutive fires had ravaged the large IDPs camp of KAGA-BANDORO (North). According to OCHA CAR, at least 4,500 people affected by this successive drama. Finally around 40 wounded, including four serious.

OCHA CAR has just stated taking care of 31 injured. But humanitarian assistance urgently needs.

RELIEF/1/2 of the population in CAR is in dire need of humanitarian assistance [Pdf] The humanitarian situation continues to deteriorate in the Central African Republic (CAR). With the upsurge in violence and the spread of hot spots since September 2016 up to the first quarter of 2017, more than 100,000 newly displaced people have been registered, bringing the number of IDPs to 402,240 in the country.

Selon OCHA CENTRAFRIQUE qui a fait le compte, 2443 déplacés ont été contraint de retourner sur l’axe Ouogo-Bekondjo, au Nord du pays. Les besoins vitaux à satisfaire leur sont nécessaire : Abris, Education et Vivres. Mobilisation de l’OCHA en cours.
