riley has a soft heart. he’s too forgiving. he’s too kind. and at the same time he has a sensitive heart. he’s been broken, torn, stepped on. he’s been damaged to where the damage can’t be refixed anymore. to where he can’t even recongize himself. the softness and kindess has gotten to him, despite how he grew to be more defensive. everything about him is soft; his skin, his hair, his touch, his lips, his smile, his laugh, his soul.
