Twst oc families + Homelands

NRC

Cobalt: Has one little sister, Livia. His father is a Great White while his mother is a tigershark (I think I mentioned this already but I’ll put it here again). They’re related to whatever fish mafia the Leeches have got going on. From the Coral Sea

Drudner: Lives with his aunt, uncle and cousin named Kiran (twst!rapunzel), who are the royal family of Sunvale, his homeland. Not a big fan of his cousin.

Tucker: Single child. His parents are both racecar/magecar drivers so that’s where he gets it from. He is from a small town called the Sugar Coast.

Penn: He has two loving parents and an older brother. His parents are voice actors and he gets jumpscared whenever he plays a game and hears their voices.From the Isle of Woe but no relation to STYX at all.

Panos: Lives with his grandparents with no siblings. Also from the Isle of Woe, around the same area as Penn so they’ve met before NRC.

SHC

Kingsleigh: An only child. Her parents are lawyers and acquaintances/vaguely friends with Riddle’s mom. From Crimson City, Queendom of Roses.

Hope: Her father is a car mechanic while her mother is a stay at home mom. Her 3 younger cousins were adopted by her mom. She’s from the Queendom of Roses.

Eugenia: Her family has a small artisans shop that sells the floating lanterns that Sunvale uses during celebrations and festivals.

Piper: From a line of knights to the Wiltrose royal family. She has no siblings so she sees Rosetta as a sort of older sibling figure.

Livia: Has one brother, Cobalt. Info is the same as whatever I wrote for him.

Zareen: Her family are investors of Kalim’s dad’s business, so girlie has money. I think she’d have a lot of siblings, both older and younger. From the Scalding Sands.

Elliot: Her parents own an industrial fishing company in Ultramarine City, Sunshine Lands. She has no siblings and was very isolated growing up.

Circe: Lives alone in a cottage on the outskirts of Wiltrose, deep in the woods. No known family.

Kore: Her father is deceased so she lives with her mom and her many younger siblings. Her mom is an employee at STYX, so her homeland is the Isle of Woe.

Rosetta: Her father is the king of Wiltrose and a wolf fae. Her mother was also a wolf fae but died of illness. Her father remarried a lion beastman, so she has a younger half brother named Auden (twst!belle/beast), the crown prince.

RSA

Muyan: From a prestigious family who have all been advisors to a noble family. He wants to rebel against the rigidity of his family’s status but he does genuinely want to help twst!mulan. From the Land of Red Dragons.

NBC

Stella: Her father is a human carpenter while her mother is a star fairy. She used to live in Briar Valley but moved to Fleur City to attend NBC.

OTHER

Aloutte: Regular run of the mill family that lives on the Sages’ Island. They live next to a library so she works in her free time as a hobby.

Shark siblings stuff

I post about them the most so here’s some random infodumps

Cobalt, despite being very purple, is named that because Livia’s name means blue, so I just continued the theme. He came after I made his sister— I actually didn’t intend on making a twst for Undertow since I didn’t want to make Morgana or the mantas but I thought it’d be cute to have two sharks.

Their surname is supposed to reference Glut the shark, so Cobalt gets nothing for his name in terms of references💔

I showed it in Cobalt’s profile that his hobby is fishing. Unfortunately for him, he’s not very good at it. Livia’s talent is fishing, so they get competitive lol It appears here so it’s an idea I’ve had from the start

Their mother is a tiger shark, like Cobalt, while their father is a great - white, like Livia.

Livia is in SHC’s fashion club and she looks up to her that one weird chronically online upperclassman in the club (Kore). They have different styles and tastes but they’re both supportive of eachother.

I think they would have moved to live on land when Cobalt started attending NRC. Livia would have gone to middle school on land.

Originally I made Livia to ship with Floyd and Cobalt with Leona but I liked drawing their interactions with eachother/other ocs so I just ended up never drawing them with their intended partners lmfao

As a 4th year, Cobalt is supposed to have an internship. He’d do something like detective work (given Undertow was a henchman of Morgana and was sent to capture Ariel’s daughter Melody)

Their mother is friends with Georgina so they begrudgingly are childhood ‘friends’ with the Octatrio + Rielle sorta

He isn’t the biggest fans of ceremonies because they’re long and tedious blah blah blah but you just KNOW that when Yuu appeared along with Grim, he had his phone out and recording.

He caught on fire a little bit (karma) so he was out of there asap✌️ Rest assured the ceremony will be going on the school newspaper thanks to him.

Bro probably sent that to Idia too so they could continue the ‘lets just hold these things online’ agenda.

Penn

He was nervous, like, ‘physically can’t stand still’ levels of excited after he got sorted into Ignihyde. He thinks that it’s the best fit for him with all the tech that’s going on over there.
