Quick tip if you want to write a latino character: Please remember there are a lot of countries in Latino América besides Mexico and that we don't share the same culture, food and celebrations.

So yeah, we don't have the same culture, bro we don't even talk Spanish the same and some of us don't even speak Spanish (like Brasil for example)

Yes, there are some things we share like Quinceañeras (you know turning 15 is a big deal for girls in this part of the world), also we tend to share some music tastes or some slangs when people aren't fighting if it's okay to let other countries use them.

Anyway, the point is that our cultures are really different from one another and I must accept that is hard to fit all of us in just one thing.

The term Latino is pretty vague and umbrella in my opinion, but we still feel proud to use it.

Okay but, didn't the pit gave Jason some superpowers? Like I don't know, super strength or at least an increase of it? Maybe night vision? The guy was resurrected in a neon green pit! That thing looked like a radioactive pool and you're seriously telling me he didn't deployed any super human ability out of it?

I mean, when you compare this to Peter Parker who just got bitten by a radioactive spider...it's quite hilarious.

Those bitches of winx really replaced my girl flora (a brown latina girl) with a fully white non-latina one? Damn that hurts. I mean, okay latino is not a race (which not an excuse cuz she was brown and the actress is really white) but at least leave her latino heritage and HER 🤦🏽‍♀️

Idk if there's someone who might write for a certain character whose mother tongue is Spanish or whatever, but if you're gonna write for them in Spanish (specially if you're not Hispanic) make sure to know where that character comes from, because the way Spanish is talked - and I'm referring to slangs this time- is very different among Hispanic countries.

Mexican slangs are different from Venezuelan ones and so are Argentineans, Cubans, Spaniards, etc. Not all of us talk like soap operas from Telemundo, yeah, some of the slangs maybe shared or be pretty similar, but I guarantee you that's a minority.

Do you have any hcs on what Jason Todd would've been like if he never became a superhero and just lived a normal life?

•I read somewhere that he became a priest in a universe where he didn't encounter Bruce, so I think that would be the canon answer. But I don't really vibe with that being honest.

•I think Jason would be something that guarantee he can help his community and kids like him, he would maybe become a teacher or just work at community service ig

•He wanted to help and escape from the gravity of Gotham, so becoming something helpful would fulfill his wishes.

•I think he would still have his laid back persona with a hard time trusting others, but I think he would be less angry and traumatized.

•So there's a chance he would be more cheerful, but I doubt that.

•The thing I know is that Jason would still defend the weak even if that cost him a beating up.

•But being honest, I think Jason would have died if Bruce didn't came in his life considering the horrible conditions he lived, but idk
