The REAL reason why Rodger has no mouth is because they had to remove it from his design so he would stop trying to stuff things in it.
Marbles, electrical wires, Tisha's cleaning supplies, trinkets, other toons.. If it existed within his proximity, it was going in his mouth. He was worse than a curious toddler.

Due to not truly understanding the feelings other toons experience, Vee feels a large amount of disconnect from everyone else, and nobody really knows how to interact with her.
Before Brightney, a fellow electrical toon who she could actually relate to, was introduced, Vee's closest friend was the microwave in the kitchen. It was a very one-sided relationship, but Vee still makes microwave noises to comfort herself sometimes.

Gigi is always wearing brass knuckles, meaning she could easily pummel a twisted if she really needs to.
Whenever anyone asks about it, she just replies with "Learned it in Vegas!"
She has, in fact, never been to Vegas.

Twisted Rodger is just as excited to see Main Toons as Regular Rodger is to see Main Twisteds. Unfortunately for him, his excitement does not overpower his desire to eye-beam anyone who bothers him out of existence

During times where food supply is short, Shrimpo often splits his rations with Toodles, his silent reasoning being "SHE'S A GROWING GIRL, SHE NEEDS THE EXTRS NUTRIENTS MORE THAN I DO! I'LL BE FINE, I'M STRONG!"
He will NEVER tell anyone. Toodles doesn't really think anything of it, since Shrimpo was always just a *tad* bit nicer to her (he may enjoy scaring her, but even bullies have standards). She doesn't realize just how BIG it is that Shrimpo is sharing with her.

I headcanon that, whenever Rodger gets extremely startled, his eye will shoot out of its socket at a very fast speed.
Cartoonishly, of course. No blood, no real pain for Rodger (other than the embarrassment of trying to catch it and jam the thing back into place). Maybe pain for whatever scared him, though.
Eyeball Bullet.

he gets surprised by a twisted and then stuns them with the eye of doom
Sprout can, quite literally, feel the pain of anyone in the area around him. Stubbed your toe? Yeah, he felt that.
Also makes him avoid certain toons just that little bit more. He can feel every impact of Shrimpo's head against a machine. He can feel Rodger's oldass knees when he walks. He can feel every bit of helium that leaks from Looey. Every headache, every scrape and scratch, Sprout can feel it. He doesn't like it, but at least it helps him know when someone in the run has gotten hurt.
He knows when someone was attacked by a Twisted because Twisteds give a specific "flavor" of pain that is especially notable.

Vee likes chasing her own tail. The only one who has had the honor of watching her scramble in those joyful circles is Astro. He finds it absolutely adorable
