Davisha is not rlly one to be held down by relationships and the only thing she commits to is being a sexy beast and a hell of a shot. she flirts with literally anyone she can and i can’t think of any canon npcs she has a thing with. she for sure flirts with Juda and Kaliyo but yeah she sleeps around so if there’s any particularly attractive npc, chances are she tried to get with them

Odellus technically romances Mako so i need to fix that. he takes relationships seriously. he is not one to flirt with people and he’s barely older than Mako when they meet so he pretty much only has eyes for her

Emasta, Ne’yani, and Ji’disa are all kinda iffy on relationships but Emasta and Ne’yani for SURE have some flings with npcs, just not any i can name

so tldr; yes they do have relationships with npcs i just have a bad memory
