Rukia has a good health. Since she grew up in Rukongai, she could not getsick, medicines were rather expensive there, mostly because was easy get illand the persons take advantage of it. Moreover, she always priories a good andbalanced diet since she joined to the Shinigami Academy.

Nonetheless when she is sick, which is rare, she just stay at home andcalls a doctor. When she broke some bones during the battles, she tends to getbothered because her mobility is reduced but she tries to relax and get better,following all the instructions and cares she got. Respect mental health, she ismore reserved. As the topic itself is a taboo in many situations, she justdecided to keep her depressive moments and never dared to speak about it withanybody. For example, she felt guilty for many years about Kaien’s death andshe never dared to tell to someone about her feelings, much less after decades.And she would just would wished be brave enough to ask for help.
